Exercising may lower Depression

Depression, a natural feel down or an episode of sadness can interrupt daily activities.

Just one hour a week of any kind of exercise can reduce any risk for depression.

A Norwegian survey tracked nearly 34,000 adults in their exercise habits and depression and anxiety risk.

They were able to find that just an hour of exercise per week can lower the risk for depression to 44%.

The exercise do not have to be intense; it can just be walking for one hour a day and the developing of depression can lower.
